Cost vs. arranging your own transport
Booking your own taxi or driver to a working producer avoids a shared-group schedule, but it typically costs more once you factor in the round trip, waiting time while you're inside, and the fact that most producers don't have a public drop-off point for arranging a return pickup on short notice. We don't publish a specific taxi price here since it varies by driver and isn't something we can verify centrally — but it's the main reason most travelers without a car choose a tour with transport already bundled in.
