What this site is

Parma Factory Tours ("we", "us") is an independent, editorially curated affiliate website covering tours and experiences in Parma, Italy. We are not Viator, and we do not process payments or bookings — those happen entirely on Viator's own site after you click through from ours.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Usage data (page views, scroll depth, outbound tour clicks), collected only after you accept analytics cookies — see our cookie policy.
• Contact information you send us directly, such as when you email hello@parmafactorytours.com.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords, or government ID. We do not run our own booking or account system.

How we use it

Usage data helps us understand which tours and sections are useful, so we can improve the selection and the page itself. Contact information is used only to respond to your message.

Third parties

When you open an official tour listing, you leave this site and the booking platform's own privacy policy applies from that point on, including any account creation and payment. If enabled, Google Analytics (GA4) processes anonymised usage data under Google's privacy terms.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time from the cookie banner or the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us by emailing hello@parmafactorytours.com.
